The Award recognises a person, a group of people or an organisation that has furthered the cause of library services in Western Australia.
The scholarship supports the development of professional staff working in the WA public library network and aims to enhance library services through research and learning experiences. Entries closed on 27 March 2024.
Promoting innovation and collaboration in the library sector by any person, library or organisation in Western Australia. The 2023 Awards were announced at the Library Board Awards on 20 July 2023.
The 2024 Western Australian Premier's Book Awards are now closed for entries. The awards support, develop and recognise excellence in Western Australian writing. The State Library of Western Australia manages the Premier's Book Awards on behalf of the Government.
