| Tell Me Tell Me! Trail Saturday 27 September - Sunday 12 October Begin your exploration at Reception. Collect a bag with the trail and some other goodies inside. Use the trail to discover your State Library, and finish off by creating a funny mixed-up poem on the mezzanine level. Suitable for children of all ages. |
| Telling Tales - Family Story Time Wednesday 1 October 10.30am - 11.00am Join in at storytime on the mezzanine level, and discover some great stories and songs! Suitable for preschool children and their families. |
| Puppet Extravaganza Thursday 9 October 10.30am - 11.00am Come along and decorate a couple of puppet theatres. Use the puppets from the story space and make a few - we will make up a play, and present it to parents at the end of the session. Suitable for ages 6 years+. Younger children are welcome to attend with a parent or carer. |
There are also picture books on every floor for children to read and enjoy while they are in the State Library, or buy a bargain book from the bookshop - all pre-loved junior titles are only 50 cents each! |
