Brand Identity Logo downloads and guidelines for use

Every visitor to the State Library of Western Australia shares a common trait: a sense of curiosity.

Block Branding designed our new brand identity, inspired by the individual journeys of discovery people took in the Library.

Clear space and minimum sizing

To ensure the brandmark can remain clear, consistent and readable it should be scaled no smaller than 15mm (57px) high. If a smaller brandmark is needed, the tertiary brandmark should be used.

So that the brandmark is not crowded, the minimum clear space on all sides of the logo is calculated in relation to the height of the container surrounding ‘State Library’.

Common Badging

In external facing communications the State Library primary brandmark locked-up with the Western Australian State Government badge must be used. The State Government badge should always sit to the left of the State Library primary brandmark. The correct clear space is half the width of the badge.

The State Government badge must only be used once in a publication. For co-badging guidelines with the State Government logo, please refer to Common Badging.
