WA Reflections: Murder on the Dancefloor

Thursday 19 August 2021 06:00PM to 08:00PM
State Library Theatre

WA Reflections brings the State Library's collections to life through five innovative documentary short films. Murder on the Dancefloor investigates one of WA's most infamous crimes: the murder of Cyril Gidley by his spurned lover Audrey Jacob at the Government House Ballroom in 1925. This screening and panel discussion dives into this fascinating case and provides a chance to learn how it brought to life on screen.
