Hospital Archives

Hospitals may hold patient records which could be of interest to the genealogical researcher. These records would usually be restricted to the general public and hospital permission would be needed to view them. It would certainly be worthwhile to check major hospitals such as Sir Charles Gairdner, Royal Perth, King Edward, Saint John of God, and Fremantle to see if records are still held and their availability.
